During my 15-year career in London, I had a variety of analytical and strategic roles at multinationals across different sectors. Rio Tinto, a global Top 5 mining company, American Express, S&P Global Platts, a leading commodity pricing provider. As a “serial pivoter” I worked across six different roles, no role quite each other.

I managed to

• Deliver the market assessment for a $1.7b joint venture. 

• Achieve a 40% increase in media coverage for one of the biggest national professional services firms.

• Lead the build of more than 15 software features with a team of engineers.  

• Launch a B2B SaaS marketplace platform in 22 countries. 

• Streamline processes to save money and improve ways of working across teams.

I thrived on learning new things, connecting the dots and applying old lessons to new learnings. 

In 2020, I took a break. 

And as a creative generalist, I relished this reset. I used it to try, do and learn all the things I’d been curious about.  

I also took this opportunity to experiment and set up my own business, helping others create the type of career & work that fits around their life.

My experience as a former career mentor helped me realise how much I enjoyed helping others create the change they seek so they can pursue success as defined by themselves versus others. 

My transition to having my own business has been one of the most interesting, fulfilling, challenging, and rewarding journeys I have embarked on.

Being a neurodivergent entrepreneur, my hyperfocus gets me up to speed quickly with new subjects. I see patterns, make connections, and find workarounds. The same traits that helped me achieve in a new industry in the past are empowering me now in building my own business.

I love blending my background in marketing, strategy and creating software to help clients redesign their careers and businesses to create the type of work that resonates with and slots into their lives.
